VIVIX: Anti-Oxidant, anti-inflammatory, gives energy, heals DNA. Makes for a healthy body. I then had a fish soup that I love (yes for breakfast) I no longer eat starchy grains and my energy has come up as my stomach has healed a bit (still need improvement there) The soup can be any fish of your choice (I love sardines) but you can substitute salmon or a white fish. I added garlic, carrots, onions, rainbow chard and any vegetables you might like (less of starches like potatoes or corn which are high glycemic. I used my new serums and moisturized with my current moisturizer which is by Lemongrassspa and added Frankincense oil to the mix.  Then it was off for a thirty minute walk in the hills where I live. My girls accompany me and are pretty wild with excitement which keeps me motivated as they can be entertaining. I noticed I was a bit breathless and my feet hurt. I will share everything on this journey so you and I can see the changes. I had a headache afterwards and felt low sugar. I ate a handful of organic raisins and sunflower seeds with sea salt and felt better. (probably adrenal and low blood sugar) For lunch I am having scrambled eggs or tofu with vegetables and peaches. Broccoli and green onions. Everything I eat is organic. I forget to add that I am about to begin Bio- Identical hormones as well. My bones have osteoporosis and my muscle tone is pretty low with thin skin. My hope is to see improvement. This afternoon I will be doing bone strengthening exercises and some meditation of some sorts. Of course cleaning house, working my blogs and making phone calls. Web work and writing. Sharing with you. I will have another shake at some point and dinner will be light (probably steamed vegetables with Guacamole) or a salad. So that will be my day!
