Let’s start with an easy oil that most of you have in your home Peppermint.
Increasing circulation, muscular and pain assistance and ease of stomach spasms.
Black Pepper is similar in actions to peppermint. One cools and the other heats. Both assist circulation and digestion.
Geranium studies have shown that geranium worked better than standard medication for neuropathy.
How to use it
Get a carrier oil such as coconut, almond, sesame, or your organic lotions and put 4 drops of the oils into the carrier oil and rub it onto your areas. Repeat as necessary
Baths: Mix 4-8 drops in one teaspoon of coconut oil and add it to an Epsom salt bath. Submerge for 15-30 minites, massaging the affected areas
Compress: Fill a container with warm to hot water. Add 3-5 drops of your oils and take a wash cloth or rag and soak it in the oils. Lay it across the area as often as needed.
I suffer from neuropathy and have found oils work beautifully when applied to the base of my skull, down my legs and back and sometimes straight oils dropped onto the area. It has made living ith neuropathy much easier. Sleep, and exercise have improved.
